G45 Series
The G45  fixed blade grilles are robust and attractive.  This range of grilles have 45° aluminium blades at 19mm pitch in an extruded aluminium flanged frame.

Applications
G45 series grilles are suitable for ceiling or sidewall return air applications.  When installed above or below eye level on sidewalls they are sight-proof although this feature means the free area is relatively low.  The blades can be specified as two way if required.

Materials
Extruded Aluminium
throughout, with tube spacers on rods fixed through frame.

Construction
Frames are mitred and can be joined by argon-arc welding or mechanical cleating.

Finish
Standard finish is baked enamel silver or our standard white.
An extensive range of coloured finishes are avilable including anodising on mechanically cleated grilles.

Fixings
Standard
Countersunk face fixing holes for screw fixing.

Optional
Concealed bracket or spring clips.

 Sizes
100 x 100 to 1200 x 1200 in 25mm increments.  Special sizes are available.

Mullions
Tube mullions are at approximately 300mm centres.  These grilles can be manufactured as long multi-part units to give continuous appearence.

Dampers
Opposed blade dampers can be fitted for volume balancing.  Damper operation is through a hole in the blade on G45 registers.

Ordering
Sizes are assumed to be nominal width x height unless otherwise indicated on your order.
Nominal sizes allow fitting tolerance to opening or duct of that size.

Fixed 45°grille.

R
 Appended to either of the above references indicates a fitted opposed blade damper.

G
 Appended to either of the above indicates a grille without a damper.
