LCD Series 
The LCD series of fixed blade linear ceiling diffusers are robust and attractive.  This range of diffusers have the 45° aluminium blade at maximum pitch of 15mm in an extruded aluminium flanged frame.

Application
Suitable for supply or exhaust applications.  The high volume capacity of these units make them particularly suitable for ceiling mounted fan coil supply.  Two way diffusers can have unequal blade split for mounting off-centre in conditional spaces or combined supply and exhaust from one diffuser.

Materials
Extruded aluminium
throughout with tube spacers on rods fixed through frame.

Construction
Frames are mitred and can be joined either by argon-arc welding or mechanical cleating.

Finish
Standard finish is white or baked enamel silver.
An extensive range of colour finishes are available including anodising on mechanical cleated grilles.

Fixings
Standard
Undrilled frame for lay-in installation.  32mm frame can be supplied with countersunk fixing holes for screw fixing at no cost.

Optional
Concealed bracket.

Dampers
Opposed blade dampers can be fitted for volume balancing.  Damper operation is by concealed screw cam through hole in blade.

Ordering
Sizes are assumed to be nominal width x height unless otherwise indicated on your order.
Nominal sizes allow fitting tolerance to opening or duct of that size.

Extruded aluminium two-way ceiling diffuser.

Appended to either of the above references indicates a fitted opposed blade damper.

G
Appended to either of the above indicates a diffuser without a damper.

Specials
Removable core LCD can be supplied if required.  These can be either spring mullion or screw through hole in blade.
