Non Vision Transfer Grilles

NVG Series
NVG Grilles are manufactured from extruded aluminium "V" section blades in an extruded aluminium flanged frame.  The overlapping V configuration of the blade makes the grille vision-proof.

Applications
NVG series grilles are suitable for exhaust or transfer of air whilst obscuring through vision.  Most commonly used for wall or door transfer where the range of telescopic matching flanges is suitable for varying thickness of doors and provides a finishing flange on both sides of the opening. 

In cases where air is required to pass through openings whilst preventing the transfer of light (e.g. Darkrooms), NVG series grilles can be fitted in pairs or with double cores.  In these instances at least one grille should be finished matt black to reduce light reflection.

Construction
Frames are mitred and can be joined either by argon-arc welding or mechanical cleating. 

Finish
Standard finish is baked enamel silver or our standard white.
An extensive range of coloured finishes is available including anodising on mechanically cleated grilles.

NVG-MF
Core with face flanged border and matching counter-flange.  Suitable for door / partition thicknesses 27 - 54 mm.
