Swirl Type Diffusers
The principle function of a swirl type diffuser ensures that by means of the individual swirling air jets air enters the occupied zone without turbulence and with a rapid equalisation of the room and supply air temperature.  This means that with the correct installation, high air charge rates and high cooling loads can still result in good comfort conditions in the occupied zone.

Displacement Diffusion
The art of supplying air to a zone at low velocity and with the specific aim of limiting turbulence and room air induction in order that the buoyancy created by temperature differentials will cause the air to rise above the occupied zone.
